Yes, Aldersgate Sunday (Celebrating John Wesley’s transformational experience at Aldersgate) is a big deal on the island. It was a very interesting event-so different from typical United Methodist churches in U.S. But it makes sense that John Wesley would be highlighted, since the island was originally British.
